This year’s theme is Origins: Al Awja. Al Awja is the bend in the wadi that runs through Diriyah, the birthplace of the Kingdom, and is central the theme of Diriyah Season.
Al Awja holds profound historical significance as it symbolizes unity, prosperity, and the essence of why Diriyah matters.
“Hal Al Awja”, meaning “The People of the Bend,” has evolved into a symbol of unity for all Saudis, connecting them to their shared heritage and culture.
Diriyah Season invites visitors to embrace the spirit of “Hal Al Awja” and celebrate their common heritage and identity, honoring the legacy of history.
